RenameKit does not collect personal information such as names, email addresses, account information, location data, device identifiers, or usage history.
The app does not require users to create an account or sign in.
RenameKit accesses only the files and folders explicitly selected by the user.
File names, file information, and thumbnails are processed entirely on the user’s Mac to provide file renaming, preview, filtering, sorting, and related file management features.
Files, file names, folder names, paths, thumbnails, and other file-related information are not transmitted to external servers or provided to the developer.

Some app preferences may be stored locally on the user’s Mac to provide app functionality. These settings are not transmitted externally.
Users may remove this information by deleting the app or its related preferences from macOS.
